Just around the corner from the Ryman but steeped in Civil Rights history is the recently converted Woolworth Theater.

The Ryman known as the Mother Church, and it truly feels like one, with amazing acoustics, stained glass windows, and hard wooden pews for seating, making it every bit the church it was when originally built back in 1892.

With the snow falling outside my office window and Nashville on Winter Storm Watch, it seems the right time to share pictures from previous snowfall in our neighborhood.

The Bowery Vault opened in 2016 it is a small, intimate venue on the border of East Nashville and Madison, tucked away with the entrance in the rear of the building.
